Maisy Banks is a photographer, director and artist based in London.

Her fine art practice spans across a variety of different mediums including film, installation and sculpture as well as a photographic exploration of traditional analogue and darkroom methods as a part of Peckham based darkroom collective ‘BRAW’.

In addition, Maisy’s photographs, often in combination with her writing, explore the South London music scene through a series of portraits, pictures and interviews published in magazines such as CLASH, ASBO and HIDEOUS Mag to name a few.

Central also to Maisy’s photographic practice are her depictions of London cabaret and burlesque.
